A Systemic Review and Survey on Therapeutic Effect of Nutraceuticals In Covid-19

ABSTRACTSARSCoV2 infection has caused and will continue to cause considerable human suffering. Research on the pathogenesis of viruses has yielded consistent results from various tests of virus entry and spread to the host. These studies also revealed a strong association between harmless inflammations, aging and metabolic disorders, and SARSCoV2 infection and its prognosis. Diet helps regulate inflammation, and nutritious foods can inhibit the entry of viruses. Therefore, we have compiled the literature on antiviral health products that are effective against other similar coronaviruses. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively review the available information about the antiviral activity of nutritious foods and discuss the impact of these findings on the design of diets that can enhance innate immunity and prevent COVID19. This review emphasizes the fundamental impact of nutritious food and diet on inhibiting virus entry, and provides a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of COVID19. Mass Spectroscopy and Ionization Techniques

ABSTRACTMass Spectrometry- It is an analytical technique that generates charged particles in the form of ions from the substance to be analyzed to measure its mass to charge ratio. Ion Source plays an important role for generation of charged ions which further travels through analyzer and ends at detector. The production of intact molecular ions can be achieved under adequate experimental conditions, with minimal fragmentation known as soft ionization method. Neutral species either loss or gain of charge to generates ions. This paper covers an information about various type of mass ion Source (Electron impact, Chemical ionization and field ionization, Desorption-Field desorption, Electro spray ionization, matrix assisted desorption ionization, Plasma desorption) are in use for mass spectroscopy. Ions get affected by change in electrical, magnetic and radiofrequency effect as they containing either positive or negative charges this leads to better resolution of ions.Keywords: Mass Spectroscopy, Ion source, Ionization, Desorption.

A Review Article on Parkinson’s Disease

ABSTRACTParkinson’s disease (PD) is neurodegenerative disorder that affects predominantly dopamine producing neurons in a specific area of the brain called substantia nigra. Parkinson’s disease is associated with risk factors including aging, family history, pesticide exposure and environmental chemicals. Its ultimate causes are unknown. Characterized by both motor and non motor symptoms. Recent decades have witnessed a proliferation of medical pharmacological therapies and innovative surgical interventions like deep brain stimulation (DBS).Exercise is important for people with PD because it helps to maintain balance, mobility and the ability to perform daily routines.  This review mainly highlights the etiology, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment (pharmacological and non pharmacological therapies) of peoples with Parkinson’s disease.Keywords: Parkinson’s disease, Neurodegenerative disorder, Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), Diagnosis and Treatment.

Antibiogram pattern against Bovine mastitis in YSR district of Andhra Pradesh, India

ABSTRACTBovine mastitis is economically important disease. Improper use of Antimicrobial agent for treating the condition will result in bacterial resistance and further economic losses. In the present study, the antibiotic sensitivity pattern was assessed in clinical bovine mastitis samples. The study was done during the period of April 2008 to March 2013 in various divisions of YSR district in Andhra Pradesh. A total of 257 subclinical mastitis samples were subjected to antibiotic sensitivity test by using various locally available antibacterial agents. Standard disc diffusion method was used to classify the bacterium involved as susceptible; intermediately susceptible; or resistant. From the study, the highest sensitivity was observed with ciprofloxacin, followed by chloramphenicol, enrofloxacin, amikacin and ofloxacin. Overview of Traditional Herbal Remedies For Primary Health Care

ABSTRACTHerbal medicines constitute the main component of traditional medicine, which have been used since thousands of years. At present, the use of medicinal plants for health benefits is increasing worldwide. Although therapies involving these agents have shown promising potential with the efficacy of a good number of herbal products clearly established, many of them remain untested and their use are either poorly monitored or not even monitored at all. Since safety continues to be a major issue with the use of herbal remedies, it becomes imperative, therefore, that relevant regulatory authorities put in place appropriate measures to protect public health by ensuring that all herbal medicines are safe and of suitable quality. Natural products and traditional medicines are of great importance. When used to develop new drugs, natural products and traditional medicines have their incomparable advantages, such as abundant clinical experiences, and their unique diversity of chemical structures and biological activities.
