Evaluation of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect of Resveratrol and BioPerine? combination

ABSTRACTThe objective of the present work is to evaluate and establish the potential anti-inflammatory and antioxidant action of the Resveratrol and BioPerineÒ combination against DPPH was found to be 57.01µg/mL. The Resveratrol and BioPerineÒ combination was able to reduce the inhibition after the third hour significantly (p<0.01) exhibiting 50.87% reduction in edema volume.
